Ah yeah, looks like your zenoss_zep database is corrupted. To be honest it's possible to repair the problem database, but you're almost better off dropping zenoss_zep, setting ZENHOME=/opt/zenoss and executing /opt/zenoss/bin/zenoss_init_pre as root. It should go through the initial install steps and recreate zenoss_zep and it's tables. I'd do a zenback up first and if this is production definitely expect downtime and that there's a potential risk it might not work.
