Event issue with ApplyDataMap agent

I am monitoring Axis IP cameras and I get this occasional event:

Info           Eth0              /Change/Set     calling function 'setIpAddresses' with '['<correct IP address>', '169.xxx.xxx.xxx']'

All these cameras are set with fixed IPs, I have no idea where the 169 address comes from, that is usually what you get when set to DHCP and get no response (self-assigned).  I also have no idea why this ApplyDataMap agent calls this setIpAddresses function, is this a normal modelling process?

These cameras are connected to Catalyst switches and PoE.  I started getting ping loss/reconnect 2 days ago and in my attempts to troubleshoot, have noticed this info level event occuring and I want to either dismiss or confirm it as part of the problem.
