Hi Vadim,
Can you please try changing your rpmmacros file to have the below.
| %_topdir | %(echo $HOME)/rpmbuild |
| %_tmppath | /tmp/rpmbuild_zenoss |
I believe your tmppath is wrong so it cant locate the necessary files. Please let me know if this works..
