Unable to read processes on device xxxxx; Timeout on device

Hi All,

               I am getting lots of events saying "Unable to read processes on device xxxxxx; Timeout on device". and event class is /status/snmp I am using zenoss 4.1.1. i tried running zenprocess against the device i am getting the following message. i dont have any idea on where to start troubleshooting this issue. please advice
