Re: All Devices showing "Down" Status

Keith,

 

Are you positive Zenoss is using a routable manageIp for the devices being reported as down? Are the down events incrementing? Let's try zenping restart then close all the ping events in the event console. I suspect the clears were lost if the ip isn't the issue and zenping has been running.
