I dug into the path you told me and I can confirm, that the software lists are available for the servers, where HRSWInstalledMap delivers a software list.
I hadn't mentioned it before, but I also mailed this to support@zenoss.com , they created a ticket

but since I'm a core user, I cannot get access to it, nor did I get any responses to it.
I hope something comes out of the bugreport
